We're almost done building our 5th Dakar rally bike this year. Charlie, Niles and Robb build rally bikes and trucks, train riders, handle logistics such as shipping and parts support, and provide transportation and mechanical services during rallies for customers. We've been doing this for several years, but this year we've built an unprecedented 5 custom rally bikes. This final one will be ridden by Steve LaRoza from Livermore, CA during the 2007 Dakar. We think it looks nice so far. The Renazco seat will arrive in a few days, Steve and his mechanic Duane will break it in, and they'll ship it by air to Lisbon in mid-December.
